What is EveryHuman?
EveryHuman is a universal donation platform that lets you support the world's most impactful charities from one place. Choose one organization or create a monthly plan that distributes your donations across multiple causes.
How much of my donation goes to the charity?
Approximately 95% of your donation goes directly to the selected organization. The remaining 5% goes to EveryHuman to cover essential operational costs including platform maintenance, security, staff salaries, and ongoing development. In addition, a small processing fee is charged by Stripe (typically 1.5% to 3.5%, depending on your card or country).
Why does EveryHuman take 5%?
We don't take tips or hidden fees. Our approximately 5% operational fee is fixed and transparent. It helps us pay our staff, maintain high security, ensure uptime, improve the user experience, and grow our impact.
Can I donate to multiple organizations at once?
Yes. You can choose to split your donation between as many charities as you like. EveryHuman handles the distribution automatically.
Are donations tax-deductible?
This depends on your country of residence and the specific charity. Each organization's page includes information about tax status where available.
Is EveryHuman a nonprofit?
Yes, EveryHuman is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the charitable sector. Our operational fee is fixed, transparent, and covers essential costs like staff salaries, platform maintenance, and growth initiatives to maximize our social impact.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. We follow strict data and privacy regulations (GDPR and international standards).
Can I cancel a monthly donation?
Absolutely. You can manage or cancel your recurring donations at any time from your user dashboard.
Terms & Transparency
Platform Fee
As a nonprofit organization, EveryHuman retains approximately 5% of donations to cover operational costs. This fee covers staff salaries, technology infrastructure, platform maintenance, security, payment routing, and administrative overhead required to maintain and grow the platform.
Payment Processing Fee
All payments are processed via Stripe. Stripe charges a separate processing fee that ranges from 1.5% to 3.5% depending on your location and payment method. This is not retained by EveryHuman.
Payouts to Charities
EveryHuman holds donated funds securely and issues scheduled payouts to registered charities. Charities receive their donations net of Stripe fees and the 5% platform fee. Payouts are made monthly or quarterly, depending on local banking agreements and thresholds.
Nonprofit Verification
Each charity listed on EveryHuman has been verified either through a trusted international NGO database or by submitting required documentation to prove nonprofit status.
Data Privacy
EveryHuman is fully compliant with GDPR and other international privacy laws. We never sell or misuse user data. You can read our full Privacy Policy here.
Refund Policy
Donations are non-refundable once processed. If you believe there has been an error or fraudulent activity, please contact our support team immediately.
Changes to Fees or Terms
If we ever need to change our platform fee, payout structure, or terms, we will notify all users at least 30 days in advance and offer full transparency.
