EVERYHUMAN is a donation platform that allows users to make charitable donations to multiple verified charitable organizations in a single transaction. We act as a facilitator and donation processor, distributing funds to selected charities according to your specified allocation.

3. Donations

3.1 Donation Processing

All donations are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. By making a donation, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3.2 Platform Fee

EVERYHUMAN charges a 5% platform fee on all donations to cover operational costs, payment processing, and platform maintenance. 95% of your donation goes directly to your selected charities.

3.3 One-Time and Recurring Donations

You may choose to make either:

• One-time donations: A single transaction processed immediately
• Recurring monthly donations: Automatic monthly charges to your payment method until you cancel

3.4 Canceling Recurring Donations

You may cancel recurring donations at any time through your Stripe customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

3.5 Tax Deductibility

We are not a registered charity or non-profit organization. We facilitate donations to verified charitable organizations. Tax deductibility depends on the recipient charity's status in your jurisdiction. Consult a tax professional for advice.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 General Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable as funds are distributed to charities immediately upon successful payment.

4.2 Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in cases of:

• Duplicate charges due to technical error
• Unauthorized transactions
• System errors resulting in incorrect donation amounts

5. Charity Selection and Verification

5.1 Verified Charities

We feature only verified charitable organizations with established track records. While we conduct due diligence, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or use of funds by recipient charities.

Our Platform contains links to charity websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of these external sites.

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to manipulate or abuse the donation system
• Use stolen or unauthorized payment methods
• Reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the Platform's security
• Impersonate others or provide false information

7. Intellectual Property

All content on EVERYHUMAN, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of EVERYHUMAN or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific results from donations
• The accuracy or completeness of charity information

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EVERYHUMAN and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or donations made through it.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of the platform fee charged on your donation.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EVERYHUMAN from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
